Found this company on IG and was weary it was another scam, bait & switch HVAC pricing company. I was definitely wrong. Tania started me off with a text and she was great in answering my questions and getting me an appointment same week.
Jose called me and hour before appt time and let me know when he would arrive.. I also received a text and follow up call from the company as well.. Fleetwell is def on it as their communication is on point.
Jose was GREAT! He walked around the property with me & broke down the different types of AC, furnace units. He was extremely knowledgeable and his friendly demeanor made it easy to talk to him. I was impressed by the presentation Jose showed me on his Ipad.. The pricing was extremely competitive for what I have priced so far.
However, you know when you get GREAT SERVICE, you wanna just stay with whoever helped you the best.
